| The Deep Ecology sessions, facilitated by Dr. Beatrix Pfleiderer, were extremely rewarding and helpful. On a couple occasions we formed a big circle on the bamboo floor - we were laying on our backs with our heads pointing towards the center like spokes in a wheel. As we listened to the drumming, Beatrix guiding our breathing, focused us on our own internal energy flows and then encouraged us to connect to the earth. An incredible physical, emotional and spiritual clearing happened for many of us.
