| Doug said, "When you are done with your permaculture course it is likely that someone will ask, hey how can I use permaculture on my site." you need to be able to "think on your feet." and come up with some ideas quickly. In this assignment students have three minutes to create a rough permaculture design of a site. Several sites through out La'akea were selected by the instructors. After the students did their designs the instructors discussed how they would do it and asked the students to add their ideas. Everyone really liked this assignment.
